Verification

The UPAYNET company may require additional data to make sure that the client who uses the UPAYNET application makes payment from his card and is not a threat to the company. All data that the user sends is stored strictly in accordance with the company's charter and will never be transferred to third parties. Verification in UPAYNET is done once.

When verifying, be prepared to take a selfie and a photo of your ID to verify your identity

Document types

For verification, you must select 1 of 3 options:

  1. Verification with a Passport
  2. Verification with ID card
  3. Verification with Driver's Licenses

Step 1

Selfie with a document

The user must take a picture on the front camera with a document, according to the selected type of verification

Step 2

Document

the user must send a photo of the document according to the selected type of verification

Step 3

Payment card photo

The user must send a payment card from which he made / will make a payment.

Note: It is important that the last 4 digits of the payment card out of 16 and the name and surname that is on the card be visible on the card

If you do not have the documents required to verify your account. The team will take note of your circumstances and provide advice. Please contact our customer support via email support@upay.net or by sending an in-app message (via the Chat section in the app).

After submission of documents, they will be reviewed within 24 hours.

If your application is approved, your verification status on the "Profile" page of your application will be updated to "Successful Verification", which means that your account has been verified.

If your application is rejected, you will be notified why it was rejected. Scroll down the Profile page of your app to resubmit documents.
